Natsume Hikasa (日暈棗) is the initial Murakumo special division leader who recruits individuals with potential skill to defeat the space dragons.
History
She later betrays Murakumo and transforms into a dragon human hybrid named Mizuchi. She then later proceeds to kill Aoi and other soldiers.
